Front and centre of the BOOKADAYOFF Leave Management System administration pages, the organisation page is designed to give you a quick overview of your organisation's core information, and includes controls to set up default entitlements (e.g. staff holiday entitlement) and working days for all of your staff (though please note that these can be tailored down to an individual level if required).
You can alter the layout of the widgets on this page by dragging; you can also change the size of any widget by dragging from its bottom right-hand corner. Once you've perfected your perfect layout, it's automatically saved for the next time you access the page.
By specifying the normal working days for your employees, when you next create an employee record, these values will be used as default; you can, of course, override these during the employee set-ip process.
You can update your organisation address here: just use the 'postcode find' option to help enter your address quickly. However, if you need to change you organisation name for any reason, then please message us using the 'Contact us' form.
This section allows set-up of the default entitlements for new employee records (i.e. number of days holiday and sick leave an employee is entitled to). This can, of course, be overridden during the employee set-up process. You can also change the point when your organisation's entitlements reset each year but, please note, changing this value will affect all employee entitlement and reporting.
An overview of how many active employees you have registered against your account and what privileges and capabilities they have:
- Employees (chargeable) - The number of active employees your organisation will be charged for (either monthly or annual)
- Administrator - The number of active employees with administrative privileges (we recommend limiting this to the smallest set possible in order to maximise security within your account)
Manage multiple tiers of privileges within you organisation structure; these privilege levels are used when setting up teams to control who may approve/deny leave for different team members.
