We offer a full money-back gurantee for all subscriptions made on BOOKADAYOFF. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund; consequently, we encourage all of our customers to try the service within the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

After receiving your request for a refund, please allow at least 14 days from the day of request fot it to be validated and processed. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.
