If you're looking to set-up a new subscription to BOOKADAYOFF, the following subscription plans are available:
The micro plan enables your organisation to use Book a Day Off completely free for a limited number of users. With the ability to upgrade to a paid plan when your organisation grows.
Paid monthly, on a rolling contract that can be cancelled at time, you are invoiced at the end of the month for the services you have used.
Paid in advance for a specific number of users (though upgradable at any time), the annual plan offers a saving over the monthly plan's rates - the more user licenses, the bigger the saving.
When you have chosen the payment plan that best suits your needs, just check the box in the appropriate payment plan and you'll be guided through the set-up process.
To increase the number of user licenses, tap on the "Add users/licenses" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
If required, you may also change to the monthly contract plan; just check the box in the monthly payment plan and you'll be guided through the set-up process.
You don't need to notify us if you wish to increase the number of users, simply add any new users via the 'Administrator - Employee' page; you'll then be invoiced at the end of the month for the new user on a pro-rata basis.

All BOOKADAYOFF payments are handled through Worldpay; once a subscription has been set-up, payments will automatically be taken a few days after your invoice has been generated.
